Nintendo revises earnings forecast due to huge Wii sales
Console round-up Reported Xbox Live hacking
THE NINTENDO DS has beaten down the PSP for the third week running in Japan. However, all formats saw a drop in sales this week, according to Gamasutra.

which has had its fair amount of Xbox-related news recently, has reported that
further Xbox Live hacking has reared its ugly head, but this time its a little
nearer to home.
Crunchgear has details of a new Xbox 360 coin-up, but doesn't like the idea much.
Square has stated that there will definitely not be a Final Fantasy Xbox 360 release in Japan.

It
seems
the PSP 3000, the new slightly redesigned PSP SKU, might come fitted with
Dualshock 3 support.
Unfortunately, due to the brighter screen, the new PSP may have a lower battery life.
Despite intense competition, the PS3 will not be getting a price-cut this Christmas, said Sony Chairman and CEO Howard Stringer.
The UK will not be getting the new PS2 model.

Nintendo has
announced
that it is upgrading its profit forecast due to the massive and unpredicted Wii
sales.
An unconfirmed rumour is that Lucasarts is planning a Wii lightsabre game for use with the new Motionplus add-on.
